Every thing is disliked. Worked for the company about 1.5 months and they did not gave salary even took 1000 rs for joining this company. Every employee was a lier. So called HR Manager Vikas Kumar lied to every employee about every thing. Took hard work from every employee and when time came for salary he ran away. Mobile no. Switch off his so called training manager sunil kumar and reporting manager shikha singh also supported him in each of his lie. A big scam happened. They offered joining letter in the name of billabang and took work for SKILL BOOSTER ACADEMY which is not existed.

...loyees to work 10 to 15 days and then send termination letter with lies filled..they even asked for money to rejoin and dong pay salary to those who have worked 10 to 15 days

They are actually a group of Scammers. They initially founded and designed this company BillaBang and hired few friends of them and after so they ask few of their friends to call job seekers and offer wfh with a good package in exchange of 1000 rs to get a job in BillaBang. Their friends pretend to be a consultancy firm. After interview and paying 1000 rs you have to undergo their training and after that you discover you are actually working for SkillBooster(another scam company under BillaBang) and there your job is to sell their poor product in name of course and they puzzle up the salary payout date. While working they pressurise you constantly by changing the training target as per their convenience resulting your poor performance and right before salary payout date they terminate you and if you ask any rightful question regarding employment they don’t answer or they ask you to drop mail to HR team(they don’t have any contact person from HR team, only mails can be dropped to contact HR) and after doing that also, you don’t get any reply from them(1 month in my case) and by any chance if you ask any question in their work group(which rightfully you can with decency) they kick you out if the group saying this is a foul behaviour so you are terminated. In short they hire employees for a month, make them do the work and fire them right before salary payout. The Manager, The trainer none of them shows professionalism nor they know even how to speak in a professional way. Also regarding sales, you have to do it from your own number so scams happens and you will be responsible and first person to be contacted by customers. Also they don’t provide any termination or offer letter from SkillBooster, they issue it on name of BillaBang so practically you won’t be employed under SkillBooster still they will ask you to work for the same. It’s just bunch of frauds and scammers to suck money.

There is nothing to Like regarding this Organisation.... Totally Fake!!!. Totally Misleaded . Someone has to complaint regarding this Organisation they are just seeking money from Job seekers . Not recommended ever. Fake!! Fake!! fake!!!

Hellow everyone, I 'm going to share my experience with all of you. When i joined the company they said the work was lead generation.They just give a basic 3 days training about ecommerce platform. After they said now you have work independently. After working for 2 weeks recieved an email and warning letter that if you are not going to achieve the weekly target you will be terminated from the company. Guys you may think that i'm incompetent but one thing about them seems very distiurbing to me that you cannot connect to any other colleague. That means they are hiding something. They will hire you make you work but in the end you will get nothing thats the fact.
