Terrible experience working with this company, not a great working culture. They suppress their employee and expect to learn things within a week and deliver to client as soon as possible. Even the HR team are so lathargic to respond in emails on calls. Waiting for my clearance from this company from last 2 months as they are lost to remeber that they are real deal and competing in professional world

...work ethics and weekly offs are just on paper and they are not meant ti be real. The incentive and bonus parts are untouchables because you are a human and without artificial intelligence that part are not achievable.

...d culture. The management is totally biased. There is a huge politics and drama. Company policies are good but responsible persons low educated,appraisals are not on time and not have good salary hike and no perk.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.
