On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

There are alot of salary issues and incentives. Managers say about more incentives but very less comes in bank account. Too much of dominating manipulating environment at work.

I have spent my best time in MK. I got to learn so many things with all my seniors guiding on every step. Now that I have left the organisation due to my own personal issue, I can feel what was like. About job security it is A+

wrost company, Terrible culture, only politic, no work and life balance. thay asked to work 7 days in week and when you asking for week off thay diduct your salary. in time of joining thay informed about the incentive but how hard you work provide maximum number in audits and extend your shift thay did not give you full incentive. Instead of that they start diducting 15% from salary. Thay tell me that you got a ascilation but when i asked about the details thay did not share details and use nagative word. my sis had ops and when i ask for leave thay dicline and say there is not need for leave in medical emg for family mamber. this company did not have any work culture. Kindly not join this company thay just give head troma nothing els. thay did not give my graduty ammount niether give my incentive. Thay cut your salary to full my there own pocket

team leader , manager, unnaccary work load, time boundation, unshedule meating, after working hour meating, salary deduction, no incentive, no promotion, and all of the above politics , demotivation no motivation under the team
