There should be good %salary hike but missing there , we do all good and top management appreciate it also but salary remains same yes it is a part of HR too and there is some protocols which they have to maintain, but company need to change it.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.

Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

I don't want to say about dislike other mk but my manager and Shift Supervisor can change their attitude towards. They Don't accept their mistake some time even after they know this is his mistake.............................................................
