...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and the give medium salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like the company's rules and work environment. Fixed date salary and respecter colleagues are really too good.

I dislike the company's working time and management system. I'm not satisfy my job last three months.

Salary structure is good enough compare to other construction company.

.Top management are incapable to run the organisation. Also work load distribution is very much missing. Personal Skill development and training programme is missing.

...s very familiar. Company providing mess for staffs at project site is very good. Salary system is very good end of the month getting the salary. In Dipawali festival company giving the silver coin to all staffs and Durgapuja giving the bonus also. Yearly increment and promotion is getting all staffs. Overall in my view this is the good company. I suggest to guys do'nt think join the BIL Infratech ltd.

Working hour. There is no time management, Morning duty time is fixed but duty over time is approx 9 pm.

... Employees who are leaving company are no longer getting their pending salaries. I have my own 8 months salary left but company is not paying it.
