Everyone is very supportive and very well mannered, well behaved. Projects change very frequently and that's why you can learn many new things.

Salary is not on time, it is late since when I have joined. And no one is ready to reveal the fix date of salary.

Great company policies everything works systematic, Neat and clean work environment , salary On time and great effort by bosses to disperse salary ahead of scheduled date because of covid 19.

Everything is good but company should consider internal job promotions .so that one should not lack career growth or timely appraisal

Totally Fraud company.no job security at bikham technology at pannu tower phase 7. I worked 2 day then Fire me at third day. Its was no.1 worst company. I strictly Recommend dont go there interview and job.

Every thing is worst in the company Hire and Fire policy. Fake promises and no salary. no give the offer letter.

No skill development Very few opportunity on future growth No job security (they will fire anytime) No proper connect between department Many Tenure employees are arrogant (not all)….etc….

Upper Management is really good and you gets lots of incentive programs and they are offering work from Home

I left Bhikham after 3 months, work pressure is too high, manager uses abusive lanaguage, every friday you have to explain them why target was not achieved.. mostly manager will make your life miserable.. xoxo so think twice joining bhikham
