Work culture in bijnis is excellent... Company policies are also good but job security here is very poor... If you are performing well your job is safe but if you are not performing than they gives you PIP and if you achieve your PIP target then you can continue and if you fail in doing so then they will terminate you on immediate basis.

In bijnis job security is not there.. Salary is decent but career growth opportunity is slow.. Job training is not given to new joinees

Founding Team Members are good and supportive,help on ground basis problems and behave like family. Overall culture are good .

Mid senior Managers Only want work like Robots. They take benifits only their own growth and take overall juniors and ground label employees work benifits.

All the things is good but they have financial crises which they are suffering from, their investors might have stopped funding, so things will go worst in mere future. That's why they are terminating most of the staffs.

Dislikes

They just fired me within 2 month of service and conveyed me they it's performance issues. Please tell these Guys atleast mature enough to give a right reason to a person within probation period if they want to terminate.

There is no growth if you have no relation with the founder. Link hai to growth hai.

Some of people judge you. On your relation, not your work or achievement. Chamchagiri type of people there are successful.
