Good upper management, Ethical in business and treatment of employees. Smaller team allows lot of work to be done in short span of time by direct collaboration. Can learn a lot by interacting with different teams.

Pay and hikes may be lesser in comparison. No cafeteria.

Skill Development And Learning - Because Bijlipay Hired me for the new Phonepe Pos machine Project they Got. Due to this project there are huge pressure of work and i like to work in this with new tasks.

No Job Security At All. too much irritating peoples (Seniors, Managers) jn this company. No Support from HR team. Not a good Cultured Company. In interview they said 2nd and 4th saturday off but i was worked there all 7 days and some sunday.

Poor people management. The hireing process is too slow, the can't give the replacement for the employer who is leaving. Insted the will split that employes work an ask the team to extend their work. They won't treat the people equally. The higher officials voice will be always high on the floor and treat people like anything without respect. Need to work extra 3-4 hours without any benefits. Need to support in all weekend and all government holidays without any benefits.
