The salary. It’s ok to be honest. People change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, it would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile.

In this training by becoming a computer trainer at any skill skill center and being associate with computer skill program

This company does not write that the saff is permanent, and also provide salary or they do not pay on time to the center staff from the program.

It help us to be civilized and help me to understand different kind of mindset,behavior or problem in teenager and help them to overpower that

...too low for any skilled person 2. Always late in salary 3. No fix job timing 4. Salary deduction without any reason 5. No any other benefits like PF or esi or any kind of medical 6. No joining later or offer later Officially by bsdm or center 7. No hygiene 8. No any salary increment 9. No promotion 10. Work culture is also horrible Note - i will not let join ever any of my friend and family in this organization

Very bad managment of BSDM.No job security all centre run by third party.Salary never give on time.

Experience of working culture and behaviour is not good with client EY of BSDM with district employee they are not giving and facilities (like medical, insurance etc to their employees and not paying good salary only they paying 32k salary to DSM including laptop hire, TA, Stationary . At corona time we have loss our two colleagues but no one helped to their families nor EY nor BSDM. Secondary I want to know from Mkcl or BSDM on what parameters every year they are giving renewals to the training centres. There are so many gaps in training analysis by both the technical and operation team. Many more
