ITS HORRIBLE WORKING ATMOSPHERE IN THE COMPANY. HORRIBLE POLITICS HERE. HARDLY ANY WORK PRESSURE ONLY POLITICS. COLLEAGUES ARE NOT AT ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT PRETEND THAT THEY ARE HEAVILY KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALMOST EVERY EMPLOYEES ARE FOOLING THE MANAGEMENT ASTHE MANAGEMENT IS IMMATURED, NOT WELL EXPERIENCED. THE OWNER RUNNING THE SHOW IS JUST 36 YEARS WITH NO KNOWLEDGE. HE GETS CARRIED AWAY BY WHATEVER HE IS TOLD BY HIS RELIABLE SURROUNDING GUYS.
