Toxic work culture, they treat people like slave and don't pay salary on time. They pressurise people. They have record of doing disputes with employees and forcing them to give money back or they will take legal actions.

There is no one thing to like about this company. They put people in depression for meeting the Targeted work. They have toxic management.

For me, it was proved fantastic firm. I'd like to thank my seniors and mentors who trained me to squeeze more performance from myself! I was thinking at that time that, it's not my Cup of tea! But ultimately, bigscal polished me well and now I'm able to get fitted into whichever type of firm I want! :)

Dislikes

I was not satisfied with my work evaluation and assessment, but that's not mean everyone will face same, it's normal in outsourcing and non product based companies!

Likes

It is the best place to work and learn new skills. Excellent opportunities to know more. Senior management is helpful and supportive in many respects. The fun loving environment and the number of events held for stuff throughout the year are the finest aspect of the organization.
