It's my personal experience the day I got a interview call from the big trunk communications pvt.ltd from HR department they took my interview and gave me assignments I have completed and i did the submission within the given deadlines and they call me for the second time for the interview process and this time there was marketing head who took my interview and the discussions about job role and day to day job responsibilities evrything was going well but HR was not unaware about my interview sessions and assignments which i have submitted and it was 1 week past I text the HR department for my interview feedbacks and as I told HR department was unaware they respond me with you didn't got selected and then i responded please let me know what about my feedback and review she told let me CHECK AND GO THROUGH IT ....I was like seriously this the process really disappointed first time in my 7 years of experience in Graphic Designing Carrier I have a humble request with Big trunk communications especially with HR department please do your work sincerely this is not a joke 2 times interviews and assignments the candidate put all his/ her efforts to give 100 percent for the interview and assignments and HR department unaware really unprofessional
