I worked for a very short duration on a freelance basis but even in this short duration I found good teammates and a healthy work environment. I wished I could have joined them on the same project from ideation stage to pre production and then shoot and eventually to the post production stage so then the learning curve could have been complete. Since the duration was so short I wouldn't say it affected the work -life balance so much. Given a chance again next time I am things can strike a good report within and outside the working environment.
