You will get freedom for while but with lot of works pending, it's up to you when you complete but when you are doing you have to do all at time and end up tired.

Salary supposed to come on 5th but you get on 25th, pipeline is broken, you have 4 director and four them directly assigned work to junior and without team lead or manager concern so we won't have track of it and end up messing, less projects going, so many people salary is pending, working here for 2 year I have been single person in Bangalore branch and rebuild team with my HR and MD but nobody stay here anymore because no budget to give salary.they want you to work for 12 to 15k salary for 10 to 7:30pm and if you get high position they slowly treat junior good and make you leave, and make junior a senior and make them work for 15k from 12k. They use internship and don't give stiffen amount also, they never take our idea, they want web developer, UI designer but make them do graphic poster on social media, it was not like this before but since January they planned to push till December n take money before closing it, thats reason we all left and now only 2 people and rest is interns
