The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Nothing like anything.

Dislikes

The company has not fund now to give employee salary, u can say commission based, they didn't give more than six months salary to their employees (last salary drawn june 24). I suggest not to join this organisation.
