College is located in a sprawling campus of about 120acres in pollution free environment. The college has a good work culture with excellent infrastructure and state of the art laboratories. All class rooms are ICT enabled. It has a good library and vast play grounds. It also has a dedicated indoor sports room. Apart from these the salary structure is very good and incentives are provided on periodic performance appraisal.

Worst work cluture. Specially for faculties. Chairman treats faculties as servants Only thing you can learn from this institution is too much of manipulation in marks, data etc. Please don't join this institution.

Salaries on time (before 15 th of every month).

Dislikes

No work culture at all. Harassment by Chairman. Utters unparliamentary and ugly words to faculty and Principal. Every semester atleast 2 Principals will be changing. Late night useless meetings. Wasting faculty time in incomplete constructing building. If you join BIET, you should be away from your family.
