...ment is good and other soft skill training classes and activities done by group. As experience we grow, it can give us chance to get good appraisal and salary according to our work performance.

Dislikes

All good with some pros and cons, as there were no such activities to get more knowledge and no refreshing activities with no events or festivals and privileges of any facilities. Work pressure was handled mostly alone in the shifts but that did not reflect to manager sometimes, which was hard to accept.
