If your department or senior feels that some person has not safe for him/her then, they going to complain to director and director take step as per that person thought but company never ever cross check the things. You can’t argue with director, whatever he said only that is correct. No work life balance No Skill development Poor company culture No Job security No work satisfaction No Promotion And performance Bonus is only you can see on paper but company never give. Because company change targets as per their convenience. Also late settings not done by you then it is consider under lack of performance.

Bad Politics, salary issue, management not good, increament not good, no PF, no leave, no rent or no food allowance, complicated health insurance, so much work loading, not good communication with staff,

Very bad work experience, management poor, salary as per industry very low, toxic environment, over time work without paid, less leaves, not have any employee benefits, not have work stream line. I really regretted my decision.

company had assured us that they would pay half of our salary if we are unable to work because of lockdown..

...pandemic.and our appraisal rate is also getting lower and lower year after year.in the mean time our gross salary has also been deducted by a certain percentage, which is really not so good at all.,and about growth there is almost 0% chances because i am working in this company from couple of years.. although our managers are good and friendly which is quite good..

One of the worst partnership dissolving firm please never join this dukan type of firm. Only and Only dirty Politics majorly in LFS marketing Department. Some of old staffs and seniors are very insecure about their jobs they are not allowing anyone to get set in this firm. Partners are useless we can say executive to them instead of partners, they made anyone to seniors, post doesn't matter in this firm some of fullish joker and chatukar are head in this firm. PLB in ctc is only gajar No increment ontime No any benefits No Celebrations Late sitting is compulsory else they will consider as you are not doing your work properly They are not following any policies, running dukan on the mood of partners Every next day formats of reports get changed by partners. Secretary of partners is also doing full partiality and playing a big game with company but no action on it because she is khabari.
