Compensation Structure is the most flexible I have seen or heard in India yet. Lots of recognition, roof top gatherings, frequent parties and lunch outings make this place hip. Annual event 'The other side' is something to look forward to

Infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired, erratic power, parking issues etc plagues the office

Dont think of working with this company, highly biased on some people working at leadership

Dont think of working with this company at all, highly biased people work here, people take decisions more than perfomance on personal relationships here

Career growth, exposure, learning opportunities are amazing. The management respects and values the work done by each employee.

Growth requires a lot of additional effort. This takes a toll on the personal life sometimes.

There is a growth plan chalked out for each employee working at BI. It then depends on the individuals capacity to take it or leave it. The management constantly focuses on growth of every individual. If you are a carrier orieni person looking for a drastic growth in your career then this is the place for you

The work life balance is very bad. That's the only thing that needs to be improved significantly.

Good cluture of company, Teammates & manager are very supportive, work life balance is poor. Career growth & Appraisals depends on your performance.

Salary is dependent on your experience not on your performance, too much of work pressure I have to work more than 12 hrs in a day.
