Salary slip not provided.No fixed time for salary.. Salary delayed for 2/3 months. No works culture. Very monopoly.No incriment, no Bonus.Overall a baniya ka dukan(shop). I like to give one 🌟 for the poor management.

At present time. ... It's too hard to work at this company culture.

Dislikes

Too bad rule for employees.. if people feelings sleeping at night or day time people lost this one month salary .but if they work at night time they not get night allowance.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
