Worse place to work. The moment you join the company it will pay 1st month salary that too by 15th-25th of next month but from next month onward you will not get paid while promoter will be enjoying world trips or will be leasing villas while you will not be paid. The management is not concerned about the salary/well being of employee. Not only the salary is significantly delayed but you will not get any increments.

... construction of a mall in udaipur which he can't complete due to lack of funds. There is no future of this company and absolutely no job security because you can be fired any day and your account will not be settled-all salary dues forfeited. Promoter doesn't have any vision and is unrealistic where he fails to realise that he doesn't have money. Promoter can't take calls on any aspect of the business and is not competent to run the business. The company can't even reimburse the expenses which one has incurred for business purpose. The company has no future because it will default in payments of its debts and customers of the mall have already initiated litigation against the company. The company is unable to pay the dues of the contractor/suppliers too. It is better to stay at home jobless then to work for this company because you will not get salary rather the company will make you incur business expense (say on trips) and then will refuse to pay for it. The office of the company is worse than a sarkari office. It is not a place to be.

Recorded audio of accounts HOD & one official, as they falsely blamed me for rude behaviour in front of MD Sir. Didn’t let the audio to MD Sir. Sales HOD were cheating with the company, I let it to the knowledge of MD Sir... Sales department weren’t providing actual sales report, just creating false reports. I let it to MD Sir. Nothing done... after some HOD sales said something to MD & I was being asked to resign.

The work culture ,the Management team ,the IT team ,the HRD, they all are very professional and make work easy for us .They are punctual and responsible and attentive towards their employee .The work environment is stress free and there is discipline and work culture .

Dislikes

So far my experience is good ,haven't had any bad experiences and hope to continue the same .
