...oop to the immediate reporting manager which minimizes the decision making time. Employees get their salary on time despite any occurrence. I am Very thankful to the management and the organization that they have released full salary in whole LOCKDOWN PERIOD in fact people got the increment and many IT people were hired during that span. Of course, this is not the right place for the people who are Slakers. I have seen people who got fired after 2-3 warnings who was below average in terms of performance. Even the company is very worse for those who are not having any business ethics. The company has ZERO TOLERANCE for the same. It is a very safe and comfortable place for the Male and Female both. I am very fortunate to be a part of the bhumi Family.

Dislikes

Zero Tolerance for misconduct. Company don't give 2nd chance for the same.

They were working on mission critical projects for defense & aerospace domain

Dislikes

unrealistic deadlines,no respect for developer, internal politics due to which your salary can be deducted up-to half, use of Chinese electronic components which are prohibited in defense & aerospace domain. People on upper layer of management doing buttering to get increment in salary. Partiality,misreporting,manipulation of work output by upper layer to management.

Likes

Employees get excellent exposure in every field to learn new things. They are free to give their ideas in the interest of the company and in their own interest. Management is very cooperative and is very helpful to its staff whether it is official or personal.

Dislikes

Holidays are very limited which comes to 5-6 holidays in a year. Working is 6 days in a week. Company should consider giving at least 2 Saturdays off in a month. Annual increments are not in place.
