My teammates are outstanding, and the salary is good when comparing to other jobs I have done, but according to the time we work, the salary is not that much

Company is only looking for profit without any expense, treat the staff like their servants, if u rich, or belongs to their cast they consider u as human, other wise u r just a thing that work according to their wish

No pressure and no target compare with other jewellery, Posting in our hometown,can go outside at the break time,food provided exclude breakfast,sales staffs are very supportive and friendly.

Didnt get good remuneration,at the time of interview HR hide the salary structure especially incentive slab from the candidates,Cant sit inside the counter when compare to other jewellery,even lady staff also stands continuously for more than 10 hours.

Company is good but management is worst

Management, especially AP & TS branches. If you left the organisation for any emergency reson they don't accept that can be understandable but even after giving minimum 10/20 days notice period they will let you go and letter while the other company who's hiring you and do the background varification, at that time they will give false accuse like you are not eligible for hiring and put your current job in danger. The HR department are worst than I have ever seen in any company. Giving bad remarks and fals accuse for a ex employee to ruin there carrier is really shameful. Those who take personal grudges on employees carrier they are not eligible for a human resource post. Waste person i have ever seen and I'll definitely suggest my brother and sisters to not join this AP, TS branches if you have dreams to grow well.
