Worked on new technologies in java. workplace is good. Salary on time. Leave policies are good. Cab and food for late night stay. Direct clients interaction. Decent pay.

Hiring Firing Culture. No Bench Policy. sometimes project remain for 1 yr or less. They Can hire you even for very short duration and for very senior roles like managers, leads but may be your job may be last for only 3-4 months Very less free parking space in comparison of it strength. You have to pay for parking. No cab facilities. small company around 150 employee strength.

Work atmosphere is so worst employer is not behaving like a corporate and not good at there behavior. Generally i prefers to not to apply this company and apply to other is better choice

Well, it was my training period, as in this I learnt my more thing related to accounting vouchers like general voucher, purchases and sales vouchers,my training was very good. My made accounting day to day journal entries on ERP software.

Well, there was good working culture their. There was no any discrimination.
