Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

This school of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan is typically a school run by one frustrated dictator-the principal and has almost nothing to do with the Main Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Group, since it is a satellite school of Bhavans, with zero Casual leaves. For name sake it has 8 casual leave in a year but none of the staff can has availed more than 2 CL in a year expect her close ones. It is the best example of ill mangaged CBSE schools in India encashing the goodwill of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan where the actual bhavan has nothing to do with this school.
