Nothing, Third class management, manage by illiterate driver who know how to cheat public only

I worked there for 1 year and left. Following will be the point each should consider before joining 1)No water, be ready to stand in a queue for even one buckettof water which is a common reason due to which mkre than 80% staff changes every year) no clean water even for drinking 2)Be ready to abused by an illiterate driver for any silly reasons 3)Even the principal dont know basics of how to run school 3)copy center, teaches have to write copies and provide to the student in exams. 4)They will take original certificates as deposit so you cant leave scho and even if we want to leave by giving notice period they tell us to deposit one month salary which is against there own commitment at the time of joining and it happens with lot of my colleagues too. 5)No fixed time of salary 6) false promises at the time of joining which will not be followed. 7)Third class quality cheapest food as trible students are there, False advertisements by management, So before joining one should talk with the educated local people Best luck if want to join.....
