At Bhatia Alloy Forgings, there are ample opportunities to work on various projects and task. Everything is open for exploration and contributions.

Dislikes

While the top management at Bhatia Alloy forgings demonstrates a strong vision, there 's a tendency to treat employees more like machines. Unfortunately, my manager lacks the ability to delegate task effectively to subordinates, open failing to distribute work properly and resorting the personal vendettas against colleagues. The lack of communication and professionalism makes it challenging to envision a future here.
