Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

bhat metal is a good organisation, and i think i have learnt a lot of things to there, but now i want to spread my knowledge in world level in Heat treatment & Production department.

I like to work where each and every one follow the system, but BHAT METALS is a very small firm . and no one follow the ISO Standard so sometime i'm dissatisfied with my working people but I know one day i will do.
