There is nothing so great about Bhashyam.

Dislikes

They didn't even pay my salary after resigning and they insult and humiliate people to leave the job and go... I resigned due to health issues ... and they didn't even pay my salary.

I got good experience in Bhashyam educational institution. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.School policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I improved lot of skills in that school

Bhashyam Educational Institutions is allotted more work for giving less salary. They are removed from job during Lockdown time. So I am suffering with salary in COVID-19 Lockdown time. So finally my opinion is Bhashyam Educational Institutions is worst institution.

...y Were giving instructions to how to teach children,and job security also have. On-time salary with yearly increments . We were going to trips , we enjoyed our teaching field . I was learning how to tech, not only... Good behavior and attitude. Thank you Bhashyam.

Dislikes

Teacher's are going to campaigns for Admissions in summer season. They were going to House to house and door by door. That thing is very bad for me. I think that is a not a correct way to join the children in to the school.

Institution director is very good but middle persons involvement is irritating to me. More workload for maths faculty. Principals not give respect to teachers. They won't give leaves more than one day. For 3 lates they will cut one day salary. Job security is there. In this admissions pressure is there. In each Class strength is more than 50 so our voice should gone .. And as a teacher u should not concentrate on each student..

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
