...ainly good for one who have a Low BP & one who don't like to take Risk in Life . Every Month U will get on time salary that's it. There is no Work satisfaction here. All senior Peoples are Bucket Peoples. They don't have guts to speak with MD regarding Problems of Employees. Totally This company Good for above 40 Age Peoples one who hesitate to take risk. Work Pressure is Too Little since here one more sister concern Company taking its entire 80% work , So here stress is very less . If you want to learn and if u want to earn knowledge means don't join to this company.. Especially for costing & Planning Departments. Execution is Good .

1. HR management is worst. 2. Lazy HR's at work. 3. No hike, Offer's from the HR are very poor.

MD driven company- even the CEO is a rubber stamp. You please your MD, you are the vested with more powers. So power is centered with few sycophants HR is just a admin junior staff. No employee engagement Extremely frugal in employee expenses Nil processes and no accountability You don't have a clue as to what you are doing

Its a promoter driven company and doesnt have strong SOPs. HR plays more of Admin role and Management Team is only a rubber stamp

Inter & intra dept politics is higher than other companies. Teamwork is missing. Zero employee engagement/development

Good company to work for, slow paced. you can join the company and retire here, very secure to work for but If you are youg and ambitious then this is not the place for you
