There is no salary increment, delayed salary timing, the project manager of the site considers himself the M.D and imposes his own rules..management of some sites is very bad

Terrible experience. I have worked 3 years in this co . No professional work and environment and was at same salary level from 2018 to 2021. The promoters are good. Never sack any employee. Other than job security there is nothing for a professional degree holder. All staffs are at graduate level and either local of guwahati or from remote area of rajesthan, who have no choice. No professional approach. Worst for professional to work as the intention and will of the promoter is to not adopt professional approach but still growing in bottom and top line with continuing marwari , thekedar , gaddi and shop style , probably money making is the main aim of marwari promoter which is good job creation for weaker section of the community and tax contribution.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salarry hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn not address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Leaves gets approved easily. Accomodation, fooding and travel are arranged by employers if one works in a site.

Project managers are equity holders in the company. Work culture depends upon the project manager under whom you work. Some managers gives very little increment due to cost saving. Very little scope of growth in the company

Fooding system is good, material for construction purpose is available anytime, mechanical team is always there for any problem that is good.

Dislikes

Higher management is very much poor. Some Uneducated person is there.. poor decision taking and balanced working life,, they can't provide it.. very much politics is there from upper level to lower level every where..
