...tive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

1) No Job Security every year they layoff by saying loss on their business or performance issue but majorly they don't want to give you increament and they want to buy lower salary developer or qa. 2) Annual Indian Holiday Leave very low 5 officaly and 5 floater leave ( that also 60% people needs to come office) 3) Partiality doing by group of management 4) OrientSwiss (Zood) Client wrost guy , giving false commitment to employees that company is in profitable than suddenly layoff all employees

Everything is bad. The office is in the factories of GIDC. Incompetent management. They think all employees are laborers. In Blitznet Project, all leaders are incompetent, specially TLs and two jokers are there. DO NOT join this company, if you join you will regret your whole life.

Only HR Manager is a genuine person.

There are no decision-making skills in management, they always interrupt our work and our role. And try to ruin our work and then play the blame game. I see a worst company in my whole carrier.
