In Bharti Infratel , it was a great support from my team . Here we used to worked in 24*7 shift , we enjoy every shift just because of our helping and motivating teammates . According to me this job good at fresher level who want to start thier carier in Telecom sector . My advice to everyone switch from here after having 1 year of experience .

...which I didn't like that you would not get any cab facility even in night shift. Don't expect any kind of salary hike in this company if you are working for years . I advice to you just work for 1 year and take experince and get switch in other place. Because it's a brand company , you experince will have good worth .

...as well. Focus is on more and more automation which reduces manual intervention. Bharti Infratel is a very good pay master as compared to other companies and provides good career growth opportunities for employees who are willing to learn and grow.

There should be more opportunities in corporate office since some employees cannot take transfers to different circles for career growth.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance was none.Even worst is for people who work in fields.Had to travel long and remote places in the northeast India where even the superiors would hesitate to visit.
