Bharti AXA is a Fraud company.. Whatever they promise you during interview those are false..Job security 0.. Stipend completely false based on my experience..I worked there for 2 month r recruited 6 candidate and I got just 6K rs..38K Stipend completely false so be alert guys..Stay away from Bharti AXA

Everything will be disliked they..We went for jobs to learnt something and have to had our salary for it...But they didn't gave you any salary

Colleagues are friendly apart from that every thing is like a hell for me while working in there

Dislikes

Basic salary is very low . They will provide you salary only if u procure candidates and make them to complete the sales task otherwise you will return every month with only 3500 rupees. People who are looking for a fixed salary please ignore this company. They will always give fake promises don't fell for them don't waste your money on joining this company.

I was working this sector within 2 months 15 days, as a Hr Recruiter Executive at KANKURGACHI Kolkata location, but during these days they did not give me any documents and salary also..... Just waste the time. Not a growing company.

Dislikes

Not salary benefit, they only forced candidates to open policy activation minimum 5 activation.

Instead of giving percentage of money to third party for Outsource. Company should get this employees on company payroll & directly pay to that employees it can increase the quality & surety for the company.

Management has to control on HR about their recruitment which is huge gap in terms of knowledge, experience and reference. HR just close the position because themselves does not have the professional experience. Sorry to say this openly.
