New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They are not giving any Salary even if you are working for a month and they are lying from the beginning, at first they will say that you are hired for team manager ,unit manager or team leader but it is not like that its totally a sales based job.

Bharti AXA is a Fraud company.. Whatever they promise you during interview those are false..Job security 0.. Stipend completely false based on my experience..I worked there for 2 month r recruited 6 candidate and I got just 6K rs..38K Stipend completely false so be alert guys..Stay away from Bharti AXA
