Nothing I liked about,poor management, illogical targets,poor salary and incentive process even 40% of my salary deducted for reason I was not even responsible.Just stay away from telecom sector untill and unless you join for higher position likeTM TSM ZSM

Everything is a dislike nothing specific I can say may be some people may like working bt not me cause I am not the kind of person who whitout and valid reason can't say yes to no .

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

Work culture is worst, that's why company is hiring all the time, Hr's are not supportive not even ZSM's No work timings. In summer's they tell to start your day at 5 am
