Actual results won’t matter, mid-senior management would collude against you if you call out the incompetent people thriving in the system. Also, these incompetent people would be promoted out of turns, just because of the smoke breaks with the manager and being the yes men

The company is the pay master company, I really love Bharti Airtel very much. It was my golden era when I was in Bharti Group.

Sometimes managers were made some wrong decisions like merging the two departments which result people have loose their job.

They are the pay masters for the good performing people’s , good growth will be given subject to you should be mobile to accept the role where ever it comes. Nothing to worry about job, as long as you are delivering the expected.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.
