My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It was such a bad experience with Airtel as i was working on third party pay role there was lots of partiality between on role employee and off role employee no promotion no increment may be bharti Airtel would be no 1 brand in India but i am not happy with Airtel .

It timing of the work is very bad daily timing is 12 hours including sunday.work experience is very worst.weekly one time leave can be possible and all the government holiday is working day

They will not deduct any salary for any cost until its our mistake. Open to talk with managers even for silly issue, internet is open to use.

Dislikes

Mainly Work life balance and u will have only 4 offs in month. If u take leave for emergency then it will be reduced in week offs. There is no assiged work, so senior domination is more.
