Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, but not for off role employees in Salary increment nd all that's.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

While working in Airtel, you don't have to worry about your salary, you will get you salary before month end.... And in b2b profile there is so many things to learn.

Airtel is the brand everyone will happy to work in the Airtel as company is providing great workplace and on time salary and other benefits.

Airtel is not providing the good salary to tenure employees they hire new employees and provide the good salary to them only why not taking care of tenure employees.

zsm are not supportive they have trace mate were they can track you every second of the day and will toucher you even if you are at your territory and do business tremendous pressure for business even if it is a b2b job its worst than retail jobs every day there is a gate meeting at road side and the zsm will insult you in public at road gate meeting it is a exicutive position not manager position.
