...nt and culture here. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair and they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

... and all seniors support proper and immediately. My all over experience is good. But i have issue in salary increment. Last 2 yrs salary not increase. I need 1 more help please start petrol convenience bcz this amount is almost 3000 + . I Hope team action on this topic. Thank you.

Here we can learn a lots of things ,working in airtel just like as we are learning in school and collage life .there is so much vendor equipment on which you can hands-on .

...members. Company always support to employee when need of money or any emergency. Salary or appraisal did on work bases. Environment is like personal business. Work life and balance very good for us.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.
