There is a lot of field work. Salary is decent but when the target is not completed it wouldn't be paid out.

my day at work make me to meet people in life and gain from each of them, some may come with hard voice but we got it in training that we should manage our customer, and we should familiar with workplace culture.. so do like Roman when you are in rome. the hardest is when customer came with problem that i need to solve. the most enjoyable moment is when customer came and resolve there problems and also acquired the product and services

The only thing i really dislike is the payment, i mean the salary is very small. Actually i was employed as a contact staff but my duties are so hard and stressful for us to be collecting a small amount of money as a salary

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel
