Good pay . team is often helpful . no concern of leaves , u can easily get leaves here . tech stack you will work on will be new and exciting , not much legacy code to work on. a lot of new development is in planning stage , so if you are looking to learn , this could be you place ! Airtel has some brilliant minds , if you are lucky , you will get to work and learn with them .

well, dislikes usually vary team to team and manager to manager but here are mine - weekends often occupied with work due to unrealistic deadlines(given by managers to show off). office politics . too many dependencies on various teams , takes time to get resolved and work gets delayed. there are employees who are always preferred over others because of their relationship and licking of mangers (in terms of quality work and appraisal ). Going to office is tedious , since you will be travelling to Gurgaon.

I did a job in account and Administration section it's good for me, my work in that company how many couriers are received and I'll seperate them into area wise in excel and I'll entry customer details, company management is good they will take lot of care about employees.

Dislikes

All are good in company but they are not give me salary on time, they will give me after 15th every month and management is transfer their distribution center to another but they didn't give me chance anyone in another location they removed all are employees so this is very bad.

there is heavy torched and timing also not good that timing is not suitable for ladies and salary also not satisfy

Very good exprience with airtel.my zonal head Mr khush sharma is a good person . But my 1st and last peoblem only salary bahot kam hai only 14881 rupeys . Currently i am working with airtel as DEO 21.05.2015 till now.

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.
