Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

People in Airtel are super intelligent in way of personal and professional knowledge. Bosses here are not just boss they advice you a Like a parents what I like most top most management are promoted from an executive to GM .

As it’s corporate so just politics and work pressure and salary correction .

No any good benefits or promotions or good increments for employees and no employees motivational functions no incentives no gifts nothing do work 10-12hrs some times on month ends 14hrs and get paid less salary and go home
