Airtel has deducted standard deduction 10% flat in our salary. Which is compulsory and company will provide us same deduction as a bonus at the time of Appearsial on every year Jun months. That's why getting impacted in our net take home salary.

Managers only looking for their promotion Management is not good no interaction with HR Management are not believable they announced something but not done by them Not Employee centric

Not giving appraisal and increment despite over achievement of sales target every months by manually mismatching our work performance data with other employee in excel sheet and giving appraisal and increment to non-performer sycophants.
