I have 2 and half years experience Iam best performer for south but no one to increase my salary and not move to next level , teammates really worst because they are selfishers and my store manager and zonal manager all are selfish persons they focus only numbers not think about Cro effect and work efficient if customer shouted manager don't care about and told face it your own talent manager not help it

In all over Rajasthan only Pali's Rajasthan current manager is so greedy for himself's Appraisal Parmosan for this he treats Brutally their employees (CRO & Xfes ) Give high level pressure for target, Make them to do Fraud sale for his Target after achievement He didn't give any return

Company is awesome but management is.......... They are giving one salary and saying do 2 job store manager and TSM roll also but they are not giving petrol amount also
