Airtel has deducted standard deduction 10% flat in our salary. Which is compulsory and company will provide us same deduction as a bonus at the time of Appearsial on every year Jun months. That's why getting impacted in our net take home salary.

There is nothing to like about airtel

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel
