They are throwing money like we throw peanuts to monkey in a zoo. But remember, they still think u are a monkey.

Dislikes

Late salary(upto 26-28th of each month) Senior Management of company has Whimsical sense of humour. Volatile decision making. which changes every week. ""Hire & Fire"" Can make or break your career within a day. Derives fictious data for audit management. Very mediocre, but egoistic management. They consider anyone as "Resource", that can be switched out. This company is unethical from head to toe.

Stagnant Salary Growth: I got to experience the thrill of living paycheck to paycheck, wondering if I'd ever get a raise! Unsupportive Management: I loved being told to 'leave if I couldn't adapt.' It was like having a personal life coach... who hated me. Unpaid Full and Final Settlement: The suspense of not knowing if I'd ever get paid was exhilarating! 1- micromanagement ka status ye hai ki, yahaan AMBITIONBOX me bhi koi HR ka, apna nonsense justification dene aa jaega that tumhari performance sahi nahi thi. 2-aise hi raha to ye 100 saal purani company, apne hi actions se 5 saal ya usse bhi kam me OFF ho jayegi.

The company is on a road block created by its owners, they work like a lala company which is shameful since its a 100yrs old company. Zero growth potential even the people working for the company has given up and working like a govt.
