Bharat matrimony is an excellent company, time to time work ,no extra time work and salary like government correctly will be given at 30th or 31st for next month. I worked as Tele marketing executive for 3 months and I got my settlement as soon as possible correctly .In many other companies ,you have to roam for settlement here and their. There are very good senior staff and HR is HR their, in other few companies HR will be for name sake.Bharat matrimony follow the rules correctly.Thank you matrimony.

Worst and pathetic experience with Bharatmatrimony (my last month salary is not given by company)....sorry to say but Delhi Branch manager Mr Dheeraj Chanda is very abusive person.. My fathers brother was expired and i applied 10 days leaves then he abusive me and denied my leave...

Salary on time , work culture is good , managers , Tls and staff behaviour was good.

Appraisal is not happening as per our expectation also very less growth. We have come on sunday as well, even after completing the target.

I learned so many things in Bharath matrimony.com. who searching for job as a fresher definitely you will get good experience here. Job secure is there. But growth it will take time. But If you are good performer you will get certificate and all. They will always support and Encourage your hardwork.

If you have lot of commitment you can't survive there because in hand salary not satisfied but you can earn your performance base more incentive ( If you are good performer you will get good Incentive)
