It’s very good opportunity for me to be a part of this organisation for 8 years the relation between senior management and the staff is very healthy and all officers are very cooperative and supportive

In case of appraisal and salary increment the management has very causal attitude

Worst work culture. Lot of Mngmt involvenents in all verticals,operations,HR and others. Vertical heads are of no use. Everybody is a director in this organisation.

Worst work culture. Lot of employee harassment.

That they have Saturday Sunday off but most of the time unnecessarily they ask you to come

Dislikes

There is no job security, employee will tend to loose his/her existing knowledge and skills, they won't heir a person who is talented and have aspirations instead of this they will heir a person who agrees to work on lower salary. the growth rate is very poor
