The work pressure is high.Too much time and paper work for simple purchasing.Teaching 6.7.8 is hectic sometimes specially with their copy checking but overall satisfied with the Management and Specially School atmosphere heals everything.

Likes

Salary point of view it pays highest to its teachers but pay nuts to contractual employee. Prestigious school. It's tag with your name gives you good scope. Follows indian values that's good.

Dislikes

...nfront of parents, children at any time..Even if it's students or parents fault. Contractual employee has to work equal to permanent teachers but they get 1/4 salary of that of permanent teachers. Rigid for certain things, not pro employee. Internal transfers are very much possible but they doesn't do it. Too rigid. Job security is poor. Management can be purchased. They won't even try to find out facts and ask an employee to resign.
